IMPORTANT: Color Scheme

We had a similar theme to that before we changed to this. It was a Twilight Sparkle style theme. It just ended up being too bright.

That would make the theme Luna, the missing pony. Then it fit's the theme of pony.

This is exactly what I had in mind as well.

Darker colors tend to work better on forums, and since ponies are usually so bright it will contrast well.

If it works, we'll go with it. Keep in mind that our banner has a black pony in it and a pure black background would mean we'd have to change the logo again =p

Yeah, Luna theme, i cast my vote on that.

Just current brightness as blue and some purple in there for accents.

We also need buttons matching it. Guess that's technically on "suggestions" but it ties in, so...

Honestly, I'd need to mess around with the color settings myself. I know I've suggested a dark theme before, but actually, I think we might go with a brighter direction, since bright seems to be the pony thing.. I say let's try a white background and keep the purple for now. Maybe a strong rose color, like in Rainbow's eyes.

There's pretty ugly limitations on how we can set up a color theme. The biggest problem is that some colors are linked to things they shouldn't be linked to. To fully get a proper scheme going we'd have to do it all in CSS =/

Does this forum support themes?

Why not make separate themes for each pony on the mane cast?

Then let the user decide what he/she wants.

Not sure that's a possibility. I'll check into it.

Not really familiar with forum types.

But I just remembered a forum that I visited years ago, that allowed the user to set his own color theme.

Not sure if it's possible here though. But that would be great if it was allowed. Think of all the possibilities

Most forums do let you set your own themes. I think this one does, too, but we only have one theme installed. We'd have to install multiple themes.

Site's looking good! I like the current theme and colors ye' guys have chosen. There seems to be an issue with higher resolutions, though. Is it possible to extend the right side further to accommodate for higher resolutions? Note: That screenshot is on a 1920x1080 resolution.

Yeah, those buttons are amazing! We're planning on replacing other buttons as well such as the Thanks, Quote, Delete, etc buttons =P.

I like the blue theme so yeah, no suggestion.
